I was just having trouble placing a Yankee Candle order online- my buy 2, get 2 free coupon wasn’t working. I’ve never ordered anything over the phone before, and as much as I didn’t want to… I called the 800 number they had on the website. Only had to press ONE button and had to wait only TWO rings to get me to an actual LIVE human being. In less than five minutes, my order was placed. I thank you very much Mr. Yankee Candle man for the pleasant experience. I was so pleased I just had to write about it. :)
